At Shenton Park General Practice, we understand that menopause is a deeply personal and sometimes challenging journey that you may need professional help with.
Our menopause health assessments are here to support you with compassionate care tailored to your unique experience, whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or navigating the years beyond.
Booking Instructions
If you wish to arrange a Menopause Health assessment, please call our reception team on (08) 9381 4547. We will book you a 30-minute appointment with our nursing team – (who have undertaken specific menopause training) prior to 30 minutes with your GP.
Please allow 60 minutes for this assessment.
Fees
The total cost of the Menopause Health assessment is $350. You will receive a Medicare rebate of $101, reducing your out–of–pocket expense.
Please note: Even if you have previously discussed menopause with your GP during a standard consultation, we encourage you to attend this dedicated assessment.
